Multiple programs are available to assist community members and eyecare practices affected by disaster.
VSP Eyes of Hope mobile clinics travel the U.S. in partnership with local charities and VSP network doctors to provide no-cost eye exams and glasses for communities in need. View the calendar below to see if there’s an upcoming event near you.

May 19 - 20 Unadilla Valley Central School District New Berlin, NY Appointments are being scheduled by the school for their students who qualify.
June 5 - 6 Benjamin Franklin Elementary New Orleans, LA Appointments are being scheduled by 100 Black Men of America and the school for students who qualify.
June 6 - 7 Mezu International Foundation Pikesville, MD Appointments are being scheduled by Mezu International Foundation for community members who qualify.
June 9 - 10 Lindsey Student Support Center Warner Robins, GA Appointments are being scheduled by the school for their students who qualify.
July 10 IAMA Charitable Foundation Community Health Clinic Chicago, IL Appointments are being scheduled by IAMA Charitable Foundation Community Health Clinic for their clients who qualify.
July 12 - 13 Heart of Ohio Family Health at James B. Feibel Center Columbus, OH Appointments are being scheduled by Heart of Ohio Family Health for community members who qualify, with preference given to their clients.
VSP Vision™ Eyes of Hope® gift certificates, or "vouchers," connect adults and children who qualify with a local VSP® network doctor for no-cost access to a comprehensive eye exam and a complete pair of glasses, if prescribed, with single vision or lined multifocal lenses.
Due to the increased demand for this program, we have temporarily paused the distribution of VSP Eyes of Hope gift certificates to our network of partners. We appreciate your patience and will update this page once certificates are available through our community and education partners.

Contact your local Red Cross chapter or call 1-800-RED-CROSS (1-800-733-2767) for resources available to replace eyewear that was lost or broken due to a disaster.
