RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif. – Today, VSP Vision™ announced it has been named to the Seramount Talent and Inclusion Index, which recognizes organizations for fostering inclusive workplace cultures that drive organizational success. VSP Vision also earned Pinnacle status, an honor reserved for companies that have achieved among the highest scores on the index.

The MVF BRG’s vigorous programming supports employees’ personal and professional goals, and this cohesion helps the group thrive in their communities.
These efforts also led to VSP Vision and the MVF BRG earning the 2026 VETS Indexes Employer Award for the fifth consecutive time.
